If we decide to sleep train, does that mean we’ll have to let our baby cry it out?

 

Absolutely not. 'Cry it out' (also known as the Extinction Method) is one of the most well-known methods, but not the only one. Since every family is different, we’ll talk about various options during our sleep assessment and choose one that feels right for you. We’ll also discuss what’s realistic based on your child’s age and development so you know what to expect.
